Accounting Integration

Connect warehouse and marketplace operations to QuickBooks.

Inventory Avenue can synchronize supported purchasing, sales, vendor, customer, item, and accounting records with QuickBooks based on your organization’s configuration and authorized permissions.

What Inventory Avenue is

An inventory and warehouse platform for selected businesses.

Inventory Avenue is a private inventory and warehouse operations platform for selected retail and distribution teams. It coordinates physical stock, shelf locations, and scanning workflows with connected sales channels and accounting. The QuickBooks integration reduces manual re-entry between operations and accounting.

What can synchronize

Authorization

You control the connection.

Customer-controlled authorization

The customer authorizes the connection using Intuit-supported OAuth. Inventory Avenue does not request or require the customer’s QuickBooks password. Access is limited to the scopes and permissions authorized for the connection.

Purpose-limited use

QuickBooks data is used only to provide, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and support the requested accounting integration and related Inventory Avenue functionality. It is not used for unrelated advertising or marketing.

Disconnecting access

Access may be revoked through supported Inventory Avenue integration controls, through the customer’s Intuit account, or by contacting Inventory Avenue. Disconnecting stops future authorized access.

Retention

Connected accounting data is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy + support
