Inventory Avenue ("Inventory Avenue," "we," "us," or "our") provides inventory, warehouse, commerce-channel, and accounting integration software for approved business customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through our website, software, applications, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
If you use Inventory Avenue on behalf of a company or other organization, that organization may separately control information processed through its use of the Services. In those situations, Inventory Avenue may process information on that organization's behalf and according to its instructions.
We may collect information that you provide directly, including:
When customers use Inventory Avenue, the Services may process business information such as:
If you choose to connect Inventory Avenue to a third-party service, we may receive information from that service according to the permissions you authorize and the functionality you enable.
Connected services may include:
The categories of information received depend on the integration and may include product, inventory, order, customer, vendor, purchasing, accounting, fulfillment, and related business records.
We do not require users to provide us with the password for a connected third-party marketplace or accounting account when that platform provides an authorized token-based connection method such as OAuth.
When you visit our website or use the Services, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

We do not use third-party marketplace or accounting data for unrelated advertising.
When a customer authorizes Inventory Avenue to connect to QuickBooks, Inventory Avenue may access and process business and accounting information necessary to provide the integration features enabled by that customer. Depending on the customer's configuration, permissions, and supported integration features, this information may include customers, vendors, products and items, purchase orders, invoices, bills, supported sales transactions, accounts, and related accounting records.
Inventory Avenue uses QuickBooks data only to provide, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and support the accounting synchronization and related Inventory Avenue functionality requested by the customer. Inventory Avenue does not use QuickBooks data for unrelated advertising or marketing.
QuickBooks connections use Intuit-supported authorization methods such as OAuth. Inventory Avenue does not require customers to provide their QuickBooks password to establish the integration. Access is limited to the scopes and permissions authorized for the connection.
A customer may stop future access by disconnecting the QuickBooks integration through available Inventory Avenue integration controls, revoking the connection through their Intuit account, or contacting Inventory Avenue. Disconnecting stops future authorized access but does not necessarily require immediate deletion of historical records that Inventory Avenue is permitted or required to retain for accounting, security, troubleshooting, contractual, or legal purposes.
Inventory Avenue may process data obtained through eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or other connected commerce services only as needed to provide authorized inventory, order, listing, fulfillment, reporting, reconciliation, and related operational functionality.
Access to such data is subject to the customer's authorization, applicable API permissions, third-party platform requirements, and Inventory Avenue's contractual obligations.
We may disclose information to:
We may use hosting, infrastructure, email, monitoring, security, customer-support, analytics, or other vendors that process information on our behalf to provide business services.

We do not sell personal information.
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining legitimate business records, resolving disputes, meeting contractual or platform obligations, complying with law, and maintaining security.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the customer's configuration, the connected platform, legal requirements, and operational needs.
When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it as appropriate.
Inventory Avenue uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, encrypted network communications, credential protection, logging, monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is used.
